We will contact the compounded pharmacy and they will review each order on a case by case basis.
If a refund is approved by them, they will provide you with the necessary follow up instructions.

CANCELLATION AND/OR RESCHEDULING OF FUTURE PURCHASES / APPOINTMENTS
If the patient chooses to discontinue participation in the Nuyou Wellness services to receive medication, the patient must inform Nuyou Wellness services, in writing, at least 14 days prior to the charge date for the next appointment/shipment. Failure to do so will result in a $125.00 late cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued. If the patient chooses to reschedule or cancel an appointment, the patient must inform Nuyou Wellness, at least 48 hours in advance of the follow-up appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 reschedule fee (Charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
